The last of the official Sartana movies, Light the Fuse... Sartana is Coming brings the series to a fine conclusion.
Sartana (Gianni Garko, Monster Shark) helps old friend Grandville Fuller (Piero Lulli, Kill, Baby... Kill) escape from jail after he's accused of murder. The pair then head to the scene of the crime to get to the truth of the matter, only the situation is more complicated the Sartana first imagined.
Scored by Bruno Nicolai (The Night Evelyn Came Out of the Grave) and featuring a gem of performance from Nieves Navarro (Death Walks at Midnight) as a conniving widow, Light the Fuse... Sartana is Coming sees Sartana sign off on a high. One of the best in the series, it's equal parts playful, violent, inventive and entertaining. |
